Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier, we're happy to store your luggage until the room is ready. From 12:00 PM on, depending on availability, you can book a guaranteed early check-in for an additional fee of only 30 euros. 

Check-out can be extended until 2:00 PM upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee of 30 euros. Please feel free to contact us, as we try to be as flexible as possible. 

We try to be as flexible as possible. The specific policies are described in your personal booking confirmation. If you cancel after the designated period, The Scotty Hotel Hamburg reserves the right to charge 90% of the room rate to your credit card. In case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the room rate. 

Our reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

No, there are wall-mounted fold-down beds above the headboard of the parents' bed. 

We are pleased to provide a baby cot upon your request and availability.

Sofa beds are available as an alternative in several of our cozy ENJOY rooms. Some of our COSY rooms have connecting doors; rent a second room and use the connecting door to make more space.

Yes, dogs/cats are allowed to stay with you. We charge a small extra fee of 20 euros per day/animal.

If forgotten, we have toothbrushes, toothpaste, hygiene items, and other items available at the reception. 

There are kettles available at the reception. Irons and ironing boards are provided in our two laundry rooms. 

Generally, all of our rooms are without carpets (carpets are only on the hallways). We also have special bedding. We would appreciate a brief notice when booking or before arrival so that we can prepare your room accordingly. 

You can help us by, for example, waiving room cleaning or towel changes. 

Since everyone today is carrying a mobile phone, phones in the room are no longer necessary. Mini-bars have a poor ecological balance due to their high power consumption, product expiration, and maintenance costs. Therefore, we offer an alternative central kiosk in the lobby. 

There are various shopping options around The Scotty Hotel Hamburg. For daily needs, there is a Kaufland in St. Georg-Hamburg, which also has a pharmacy and laundry facilities. At Strohhause 8, 20097 Hamburg (200m). An Edeka and a drugstore can be found in Niemerszein Hammerbrook, Nagelsweg 20d, 20097 Hamburg (450m).
